The People's Potato: Vegan on a Shoestring #2 now available!

… this is a vegan cookbook, published by a vegan soup kitchen in Quebec. I haven’t found out yet whether it can be mailordered but I’ll keep you posted.

There is one 1st edition of “Vegan on a Shoestring” available on amazon.com, if anyone’s interested.

I am really looking forward to reading this (and cooking with it - of course)!
